The objects for which the company is established are: a) To engage in general business of shipping and marine services, act as shipping agents, share brokers and operators, managers of shipping properties, hiring of marine equipment's, shipping vessels, stevedoring, and to carry on business as licensed customs clearing and forwarding agents. (b) To carry on the business of natural oil and gas exploitation, buy and sell petrol, gases, gasoline, petroleum products of every kind, sales, suppliers of oil drilling and mechanical equipment's, oil drilling contractors, bunkering services and petrochemical products within the framework of declared policies of the federal republic of Nigeria. (c) To engage in business as importers, exporters, general merchants, traders, manufacturers representatives, distributors, suppliers of all kinds of goods, and generally deal in goods, stores, consumable articles, produce, chattels and merchandise of all kinds both wholesale and retail. (d) To engage in business as road transport operators, road haulers, heavy duty transport operators, lifters of petroleum products, containerized products etc. (e) To do all such things as may be considered to be incidental or conducive to attainment of the above objects or any of them.
