How does founder pricing work?
The first 25 Featured customers lock in $490/yr for life — half the standard rate. After 25 sign-ups, the rate becomes the standard $980/yr for everyone joining after. Your locked-in rate never increases as long as your subscription is active.
Are there limits per port?
Featured has no per-port limit — any supplier can be Featured at the ports they serve. Partner is limited to 10 per port, and Partner is the only paid tier that appears on the PortVendor homepage.
What's different about Partner?
Partner is the only paid tier with homepage visibility — your logo rotates on the PortVendor homepage banner. You also get top-of-page placement above all Featured listings, "Sponsored by [you]" branding, logo on the port hero, and prominent email, phone, and website contact actions on your listing. Partner is limited to 10 per port. The first 5 Partners lock in at $1,490/yr for life; standard rate is $2,980/yr.
What happens if I cancel and rejoin later?
If you cancel your subscription, you lose your locked-in founder/early-partner rate. Rejoining would be at whatever the prevailing rate is at that time.
Can I upgrade from Featured to Partner?
Yes, if your port still has its Partner slot open. Contact us — we'll honor your locked-in discount tier where possible.
How many founder slots are left?
A limited number of founding Partner slots remain — the live count is shown on the Partner card. Once 5 Partners sign up, founding partner pricing closes permanently; once 25 Featured customers join, the Featured founder rate closes too.
How is it billed?
Listings are billed annually. Your founder rate is locked for life as long as your subscription stays active.
