CAST Rope Access is a B-BBEE Level 2 rope access service provider to the renewable, oil and gas, construction and marine sectors. The partnership between CAST Operations (Pty) Ltd. (a Level 1 BBBEE Company) – Majority shareholder – and ASP Rope Access (Pty) Ltd. (with global experience in 'at height services' throughout all disciplines across a range of industries) has a direct impact on enterprise development, poverty relief, literacy and youth development at the fundamental level of society. The aim of CAST Operations is the eradication of poverty at the primary level; with this in mind a portion of the profits are channelled to alleviate poverty directly through monitored relief (food and clothing), literacy programmes (phonics and creative arts) and youth development (deliberate path of development to ensure youth stay out of drug and gang cultures). With the aim of combating poverty, both CAST Operations and ASP Rope Access feel that their BBBEE partnership, in CAST Rope Access, will go a long way towards realising their objective!
