Certificates are uploaded and read automatically with OCR, expiry dates are tracked with alerts for certificates, medicals and endorsements, and certificate authenticity is verified directly against official national maritime registries across multiple flag states. Docka replaces spreadsheets and manual checking with a single, always-current view of every seafarer document, so crew managers stay compliant and audit-ready and no expired or invalid document reaches a vessel.
