We started out as Rig repair contractor 12 years back. The product of engine-wear treatment was developed and further improved over our contracting years. We have now commercialized this product. Irreversible engine-wear is a commonly known fact to mostpeople. To the Ship Manager or owners, this may mean costly overhaul or repair, and lost income during downtime. Applying Surface-modified is a ease of pouring the treatment liquid into the cylinder oil daily or service tank before it is injected into the combusting cylinder. The combusting heat activates the surface-modified treatment liquid on the lubricated metal surface into a layer of nano-thin ceramic coating. This ceramic coating has many desirous capabilities over metal.. Some advantages are as follows.. a) It acts as a sacrificial layer and thus protects and retains the metal from wearing off…the beauty is this layer can be added over and over again. b) The ceramic layer is so smooth that it continues to provide lubricity in the rare event of lube oil leaking. c) Restores engine & transmission performance d) Increased horsepower and torque e) Quieter engine, reducing noise and vibration f) Reduces repair cost and prolongs the operational life mamufacturer
