NAVIS® Schiffahrts- und Speditions-Aktiengesellschaft is an owner-managed group of companies headquartered in Hamburg, which is active in all areas of national and international freight forwarding and also has its own branches in Bremen, Hanover, Freiberg in Saxony, Antwerp (Belgium) and in Barcelona (Spain).The company structure is a family business with holding structure for our operating companies. The share capital amounts to EUR 1.4 million. The current owners, the Stork family, acquired the first shareholder shares in 1967. Since 1980, the NAVIS Group has been fully owned by the Stork family. The founders of the joint stock company were Walter Stork and Remo Stork.
