About Navitec
It is Navitec's mission to assist crew, owners, charterers and managers in maintaining operability of their vessels in the best possible way. In order to achieve this we employ highly skilled labour and Ship Repair Managers with experience at sea and in ship building. We have the competencies to face any challenge and this under the supervision of our Managing Director, Captain Joris Van de Water, an experienced Master Mariner and former Senior Technical Superintendent, aware of all the stakeholders and their respective requirements involved. Founded in the late seventies as a welding shop, Navitec has developed, grown and diversified. We currently employ around 60 people, run a fleet of over 30 vehicles and next to Antwerp we also frequently operate in Rotterdam, Gent, Zeebrugge, Flushing and Dunkerque.
