About Norsk Oljelaboratorium
Norsk Oljelaboratorium is located in Rørvik, County of Nærøysund, Norway. The laboratory's main activity is to perform technical testing and analysis of oil and coolant. On request, we also assist in consultancy. Norsk Oljelaboratorium is NS-EN ISO 9001:2015 certified. In recent years, we have invested in innovative analysis instruments and uses today the most modern equipment on the market. The Laboratory have currently five employees. An oil sample is easily taken by the customer using our sampling equipment. The sample should be taken on a single-use plastic bottle to avoid contamination.When the sample has arrived at our laboratory, it undergoes a series of tests, depending on the requested analysis. Our qualified technicians oversees the process and any serious irregularities are immediately reported to the customer. When all the analysis are completed, a full report is sent to the customer. This report also includes any earlier results from the same sample point. This enable close monitoring of the condition of the particular sample point. The report is preferably sent to the customer by e-mail.
