Tordillo, a marine surveyor with more than 20 years of extensive local and international experience; having been stationed in Singapore for 6 years and assigned to various survey works in the Asian region like Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Taiwan and Japan. RCT Marine provides Marine and Cargo surveys including On/Off-Hire Bunker and Condition Surveys, Pre-Purchase Inspections, Pre-Shipment Inspections, Draft Surveys, Damage Surveys, Cargo Holds Inspections, Container Vanning Surveys and other bulk and breakbulk cargo inspections. RCT Marine also provides ancillary services as Third-Party Administrator for Drug and Alcohol Testing Program on behalf of domestic and foreign vessel operators.
