SAS Ship Agency Services Limited has been established in December 2010 in order to provide agency services to ships within Turkish ports by a team with more than 30 years of sector experience. Following obtaining the necessary legal permissions and the certificate of authority rapidly, our company, together with its local and foreign business partners, has begun its operations on beginning of 2011. Since then, we have been providing services to the ships for smooth calls in all Turkish ports and for transit through the straits of Dardanelles and Bosporus. All business planning, management and operation activities are conducted at the headquarters of our company located in Istanbul. Ship operations are carried out via reliable local business partners under our coordination and inspection. Planning of port call ensuring the quickest completion of procedures with the receiver/shipper, terminals and local authorities, for quickest turnaround, Execution of all operations for transits through the Dardanelles and the Bosporus with local authorities, for smooth passages, Arranging crew changes, reception, accommodation, transports and other needs of crew, owner representatives, superintendents, class surveyors and other inspectors, Arranging or attending smooth supply of fuel, oil, water, provisions, equipment, and spare parts via reliable suppliers, Arranging customs clearance and delivery spare parts and/or equipment from abroad, without delay.
