1. We specialized in Engine Overhauls Presently we have a team of 16 Diesel Service Engineers who are trained by various engine manufacturers. They have 15+ years of experience each in the diesel engine industry (Ex MAN, W�ärtsilä, Bergen Diesel, Yanmar, Caterpillar, EMD, MAK, Cummins, Hyundai Himsen, Hanjin Heavy Industries, Mitsubishi). Fully equipped 10,000 sq. ft. workshop in Dubai Maritime City. We have portable Chris Marine equipment so we can for example do cylinder head overhaul and liner honing on-board your vessels. 2. We supply Wartsila engine spare parts All these parts are sourced from suppliers in Europe who either was or are suppliers to Wartsila. 3. Specialized Governor overhauling services; § We arethe Authorized Independent Distributor and Service Centre for Heinzmann Group& Regulateurs Europa. § LatestGovernor Test Bench installed in our Workshop supplied by Regulateurs Europa –Holland. § We cansupport you for Regulateurs Europa, Woodward and Kiki governors spares. § Wehave 3 Engineers trained and certified by Regulateurs Europa while 2 are byWoodward. § We aremaintaining stock for most of common types of governors and actuators. In addition, we also have exchange governors if required. 4. Automation Services; § Testingand calibration of engine pressure sensors, transducer, temperature sensorsand switches. § Safetyalarm and shutdown test with the use of simulating tools. § Troubleshooting attendance by trained and qualified automation specialist. § Troubleshooting for both electrical and automation on engine control system. 5.
